Caffe Rosalba: A Taste of Italy in Nutley, NJ

An authentic Italian cafe. The nice lady who made our lattes did an outstanding job.. I don’t know how to explain it but it couldn’t have been more perfect. Add in a small croissant (cornetto) or a dessert from their fridge and you have a wonderful pick me up to get you through the day.

Very cozy and clean caffe. I had their prosciutto crudo and even though it was prepared quite simply with just roasted peppers and mozzarella, it was delicious. The prosciutto definitely took the spotlight. The tables were the cleanest and shiniest tables I’ve even seen. It may be silly to say but it’s a blessing when you sit down and the table doesn’t feel like it’s Elmer’s Glue. Lol. The cappuccino was on point!

I always prefer to support small business. Their coffee is absolutely delicious. They have all types of coffees and teas an amazing pastries. It is a warm, cute little Bistro. I love it!

Great coffee. Place really needs to be declutter. aSap honestly a shame loads of potential this can be the next popping place Mentally busy place with delicious coffee and perishables are not show case as it should. Yet they fresh. If you want my help re-vamping the place contact me.

Delicious coffee. My favorite spot for a cappuccino with a lot of foam and they have a variety of sugar options. The environment is friendly Italian-Hispanic vibes. The one negative experience I have to mention is the door to walk in… it is extremely heavy. I am tiny so when I opened the door it immediately slammed on my hand. The workers saw me hunched over grabbing my hand in pain and one worker just mentioned how it happens to her all the time. I strongly recommend the owner fix the door so that it is not as heavy or doesn’t close so quickly. I still give it 5 stars because the coffee, sandwiches and gelato are very tasty. However my hand was very swollen and red after. I came to relax and enjoy a cup of coffee and was met first with pain.. not fun. Thanks for the delicious coffee and please fix the door so others don’t get hurt

Finally had the opportunity to return! My espresso was perfect and I had a delicious slice of Pizza Dolce ( a sweet pie eaten at Easter)! My plans fell through and on a whim decided to stop for coffee and found a gem. Loved the Italian precepio. It added to the feeling that I had stepped into a coffee bar in Italy. Italian style coffee was excellent. The owner was friendly. Looking forward to going back.

Caffe Rosalba is such a gem in Nutley! Rosalba truly brings Italian hospitality to life warm, welcoming, and unforgettable. Whether you stop in for a quick coffee, a mid-day pick-me-up, or something sweet to end the day, this café has a way of making you feel at home. I had the BEST affogato I’ve ever had here. homemade with love and absolutely a must-try. Every sip and bite feels like stepping into Italy. The coffee is fresh and strong, the cappuccinos are perfectly creamy, and the desserts are not only delicious but also beautifully presented. This place has quickly become one of my favorites, and I’ll definitely be coming back often

What a calming sensation and wonderful experience. What i love about having a “coffee” is going somewhere i can sit relax, have a pastry or sandwich without feeling rushed. While the shop filled with life and energy. What a local gem. It hit everything i wanted today. I’d recommend to anyone looking for an authentic experience. Order at the counter, take a seat, grab your order at the counter, sit down, want something else? Ask for it :) The back there’s people playing traditional games. I’ll be back next Sunday *listening to Eve tone speaking Italian was a bonus
